In the popular area, East of IH-35 in the City of Austin, the Easton Park community offers affordable homes and state-of-the-art amenities. Characterized by a unique community feeling, Easton Park offers more than 300 acres of planned pathways, parks, green space and 13.1 miles of trail systems. The master-planned community is divided into three main sections: Union Park, Skyline Park and Kieke Park.
Union Park
Located in the heart of Easton Park, Union Park offers a 14,000-square-foot amenity center named The Union, which features a resort-style pool, club-style fitness facility, event space, gaming room, outdoor fireplace, jam station and more. Brookfield Residential is the builder behind the homes at the foundation of the Union Park section.
Built with the popularity of Austin’s many outdoor activities in mind, Union park offers a variety of outdoor entertaining options. In the section, you can find an integrated trail system connecting to a community garden, amphitheater, playground, pavilion, pond and green space. The outdoor spaces within Union park are ideal for yoga, picnics and yard games.
There’s also a commercial space in Union Park that will offer an IDEA School. There will also be a CVS store to offer drugstore and some grocery items. There are more tenants to come, which will make the commercial space a convenient location for residents to find what they need close to home.
The homebuilder, Meritage Homes, is expected to offer a variety of single-family housing in Union Park, starting in the low $200- thousands.
Skyline Park
In keeping with the lifestyle options and amenities offered in Easton Park, Skyline Park features a huge, 21-acre park. In addition, there are miles of trails and a variety of pocket parks that allow residents ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are also green spaces available for enjoying a more natural outdoor setting.
Residents of Skyline Park will have walkable access to the Easton Park amenity hub known as The Union. Skyline Park will offer homes at the highest price point in the community. Other builders in Skyline Park include:

Kieke Park
In honor of one of some of Austin’s original settlers, the third section of Easton Park is named for the Kieke family that owned much of the original land where Easton Park now sits. The section will be located in the south area of Easton Park. It’s logo prominently displays the image of a fig, which is a tribute to the rows of fig trees that were planted on the original Kieke property. Lawrence and Trudy Kieke married in 1917, and built a small frame house on a piece of land that was a wedding gift from the groom’s father, Adolph Kieke.
