With a career spanning over 15 years, Kim Fry brings a wealth of experience, a sharp strategic mind, and an unwavering sense of calm to every real estate transaction. Originally from The Woodlands, Kim graduated from Texas State University in 2005 before beginning her career in commercial construction, where she managed bids and oversaw large-scale stucco projects.

Kim isn’t just a top-producing agent; she’s a proud mom and a dedicated community member. With her two daughters, Sloane and Reese, at Hill Country Middle School, she’s deeply involved in coaching volleyball, cheering from the sidelines, and always supporting the local scene. She and her husband, who’s a builder and real estate developer, have called South Austin home since 2012. Their story started at Texas State, where they met in their business fraternity.
